WIEHAG welcomes
Felix Gottwald
Lasting Inspiration
Felix Gottwald at the WIEHAG “Timber Space Talks”
A stage for big ideas: As part of the internal event series TIMBER SPACE TALKS, the timber construction company WIEHAG invited employees and their partners to an inspiring evening of thought leadership. The guest of honor: Felix Gottwald – Austria’s most decorated Olympian, multiple world champion, and now a sought-after coach, speaker, and expert in health and personal development.
Under the title “Simple. Genuine. Effective.”, Felix Gottwald spoke about inner clarity, momentum in daily life, and the power that emerges when mindset, awareness, and action align. With depth, ease, and humor, he shared insights from his elite sports career and translated them meaningfully into the professional and personal lives of his audience. It was a talk that favored reflection over speed – and precisely for that reason, left a lasting impression.
The event was held in the Timber Space at WIEHAG’s new production facility in Altheim. Launched two years ago on the initiative of Elisabeth Wiesner-Landerl, the TIMBER SPACE TALKS are a biannual series that brings distinguished speakers to Altheim to engage and inspire WIEHAG employees. Her goal: to strengthen not only technical expertise, but also personal growth – through talks that broaden perspectives and spark new ideas.
“WIEHAG stands for excellence in timber construction – but also for a work environment that inspires and looks ahead,” says Wiesner-Landerl. “The TIMBER SPACE TALKS show how personal development is just as vital as technical skill. And in Felix Gottwald, we welcomed someone who embodies that connection masterfully.”
