The EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™ brings together visionary founders, transformative CEOs, and outstanding business leaders from around the world for a dazzling global competition for entrepreneurs. This annual event honors the exceptional achievements of leaders whose vision and innovation create long-term value and shape the future with confidence.

From June 3-6, 2025, the selected entrepreneurs will gather in Monaco to make valuable connections across industries and regions, participate in workshops led by renowned thought leaders, and celebrate the lasting impact of entrepreneurship. Participants include the 2025 finalists, distinguished judges, renowned speakers, EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ program alumni, and EY executives.

The 2025 finalists represent 43 countries and regions of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ – the only global entrepreneurship program of its kind – and will compete in Monaco for the title of world champion. An independent, diverse jury will evaluate the winners' achievements based on four criteria: entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth, and impact. The 2025 EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™ will be announced and honored at a glamorous gala, the culmination of this event.
