BESTSELLER LOGISTICS CENTER WEST (LCW)WINS ‘BEST INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS‘
Major international honour for a project involving WIEHAG: The Bestseller Logistics Center West in Lelystad (NL) has been awarded the MIPIM Award 2026 in the ‘Best Industrial & Logistics’ category.
The MIPIM Awards are presented as part of the global urban development festival in Cannes and are among the most prestigious international awards for visionary property projects worldwide.
Spanning 155,000 m², the Bestseller LCW will be Europe’s largest timber-built logistics centre and a leading example for the green transformation of the built environment. In total, more than 23,600 m³ of solid timber and 40,900 m² of straw wall panels will be used.
