Breuninger Park is a landmark timber development in Stuttgart, designed to preserve existing urban resources while creating new opportunities for urban life. Conceived as a multifunctional inner-city hub, the project brings together modern mobility solutions with retail, dining, office space and a publicly accessible rooftop garden.

As the contractor responsible for the engineered timber works, WIEHAG was honoured to host the traditional Topping-Out ceremony, including the ceremonial hoisting of the Topping-Out wreath. For this project, our scope included the shop drawings, fabrication and installation of the timber structural system for the six-storey timber car park and the three-storey office building.
